Does Drinking One’s Wife’s Milk Affect the Nikah?

Question

An adult man deliberately drank his wife’s milk; or his wife was careless, to the point that she spilled her milk into food and the like, and the husband ate that food. In these cases will there be any effect on the nikah or not?

Answer

Drinking this milk and giving it to drink is haram, but it has had no effect on the nikah.
