Ascendants (usul: mother, maternal grandmother, paternal grandmother, etc.); descendants (furu‘: daughter, son’s daughter, daughter’s daughter, etc.); the descendants of the nearest ascendant (sister, sister’s daughter, brother’s daughter, etc.); the direct (sulbi) children of a remote ascendant (maternal aunt, paternal aunt)
