Nikah with the Wife’s Paternal Cousin

Question

May I marry my wife’s paternal cousin (the daughter of her paternal uncle) or not?

Answer

Even while one’s wife is living in one’s nikah, the marriage contract (‘aqd) of nikah with her paternal cousin will be valid.
