Offer and Acceptance Three Times

Question

Is it necessary to have the offer and acceptance (ijab and qabul) performed three times and to mention the names of the witnesses three times, or not?

Answer

There is no need for offer and acceptance three times; once is sufficient. Mentioning the names of the witnesses is not necessary, but the presence of witnesses is necessary.
