No One Has the Right to Go against the Command of God and the Messenger

Question

Does anyone have the right to say something in religion on his own opinion and to pass rulings?

Answer

No one has the right to pass a ruling in religion on his own opinion contrary to the ruling of the Sacred Law, and such a ruling of his is wholly unacceptable.
