Calling Everyone but Oneself a Kafir

Question

Mawlawi Hashmat ‘Ali has had the marriage contract re-performed for countless women who had already borne four or six sons each, and issued a fatwa that these women’s marriage had never taken place, that the boys born are illegitimate; and if a marriage had taken place it was invalid and had all along been fornication; now the marriage has taken place and the earlier one was wrong.

Answer

What is there to ask about in this? One who regards no one but himself as a believer and lays a fatwa of kufr upon the elders among the people of Allah — his abode is known and his resurrection is known; may Allah protect us from it.
