Islam at the Final Hour

Question

It is said that to all people other than Muslims the angels, at the time of death, announce the truths of tawhid and faith: if a person accepts them, he dies a believer, and if he does not, a disbeliever. Is this established by hadith or not?

Answer

I have not seen this in any book of hadith; on the contrary, the opposite is established: when at the hour of death the states of the barzakh begin to be unveiled, iman is no longer accepted.
