Leasing date palms for extracting sap

Question: (1) What is the ruling on renting out date palms for extracting sap, when it is known that the sap will be sold in an intoxicating state? (2) Some people gave date palms for extracting sap on the condition that one small pitcher be given in return. What is the ruling on this?
