The method of extracting sap from a date palm and dividing it

Question: Among us a transaction concerning a date palm is made in this way: sap is extracted from it and then divided between the parties daily; or in such a way that one day the one who extracts it takes it himself, and one day he gives the sap to the owner. Is it correct to transact in this way or not?
