Ten or twelve men who are called the chiefs of the community, and whom all the people of the town respect, gather every day in the evening out in the open country to amuse themselves: they plant two bamboo poles opposite each other, stretch a net between them, and throw the ball now to one side, now to the other. What do the scholars of religion say about this game?
