Giving orphans’ property to a mosque and madrasa

Question

What kind of act is it, in the name of the mosque and madrasa, to devise all sorts of intrigues in order to take the property of orphans into the mosque and madrasa, to find fault in it, and to commit inhuman acts? What is the ruling for those who take part in this act?

Answer

Without a Shar‘i reason there is no right to take it either for the mosque or for the madrasa. Helping an oppressor is also oppression.
