Taking service from a girl under one’s upbringing

Question

There is a little girl; of her relatives no one is alive except her paternal aunt. Now the child has been given into her upbringing. Is this guardian permitted under any circumstance, according to the Shar‘i ruling, to take service from this girl?

Answer

For the girl’s education and upbringing, the guardian may also take service from her.
