Hijab from an elderly non-mahram woman

Question

Is it permissible or not to visit an elderly woman who lives without hijab, when there is no fear of any kind of fitna?

Answer

Meeting any non-mahram woman in private without hijab is not permissible, even if she is elderly; nor should one look at her face.
