Eating at a non-Muslim’s restaurant

Question

Question: A person, by mistake, thinking it to be a Muslim restaurant, ate lentil stew and rice at a non-Muslim’s restaurant. Jhatka meat (killing an animal with a single blow, without ritual slaughter) is also cooked in that restaurant, but he did not eat the meat, or he ate only lentil stew and rice. Is this food permissible or not?

Answer

If he did not eat jhatka meat or any other impure and haram thing, then there is no harm.
