A salam sale without its conditions

Question

Question: A salam sale is indeed permissible, but if it is not accompanied by its conditions, is it permissible or not? And what is the ruling on one who makes this sale without the conditions?

Answer

When it is not accompanied by its conditions, it is not permissible; one who makes an impermissible sale is a sinner.
