Circumambulating and Kissing Graves

Question

What is the ruling on circumambulating (tawaf) the graves of the elders (saints) and kissing them?

Answer

It is bid‘a (innovation in religion), misguidance and sin (“Fatawa ‘Azizi”, vol. 2, p. 103; “Majmu‘a Fatawa”, vol. 3, p. 26).
