Seeing Off a Hajj Pilgrim with Slogans

Question

When someone goes for Hajj, the common people, at the time of seeing him off at the station and the like, loudly shout slogans of “long live!” in his name and also in the names of others — for example, “Long live Mister So-and-so!”, “Long live the Hajji!” and so on. What is the ruling on this?
