Which persons’ pronouncing of talaq does not result in talaq?

Talaq does not take effect when it is pronounced by an insane person (majnun), a boy (sabi), a mentally deficient person (ma‘tuh), one suffering from delirious fever (mubarsam), one who is unconscious (mughma ‘alayhi), one who is stunned (madhush), or one who is asleep (na’im)
