Imamate of one who hurries in ruku‘ and sajda

Question

If [an imam] hurries in the prayer so much that the followers cannot complete even three tasbihs, what is the ruling on praying behind such an imam?

Answer

Hurrying to that extent is makruh. The imam should have consideration for the followers to such a degree that they, too, can say the tasbihs in ruku‘ and sajda at least three times each.
