How to Stand When the Followers Are One Adult and One Minor Boy

Question

[If there are] one follower (muqtadi) and one boy who has not reached puberty — may the imam make both of them stand behind him or not?

Answer

He may; indeed, this is how it ought to be done. So it is in al-Tahtawi, p. 168.
