Are Banjaras and Dyers Equal Matches?

Are the Banjaras (a community of itinerant traders) and the dyers equal matches (kuf’) for each other or not?

Answer

If by custom (‘urf) they are regarded as being of the same standing, then they are equal matches (kuf’).
