Nikah with the Father and Brother as Witnesses

Question

If in some marriage contract the girl’s father and her adult brother act as witnesses, and the qadi (the officiant of the nikah) read the nikah in the presence of a friend of the brother, and the qadi, in the presence of the aforementioned persons, conducted the offer and acceptance with the girl from behind a curtain, will the contract be valid according to the Shari‘a, given that at the time of the contract only one brother, the girl’s father, the qadi and one friend of the brother were present?

Answer

It will be valid.
