An employee making a fake receipt for travel expenses

Question

Question: I am a government employee. A rule has been laid down for me and my dependants, according to which travel expenses are paid; for the transport of household goods too a rule has been laid down, according to which expenses are paid, but to verify them we have to submit a receipt. Usually the goods are brought from the village little by little.

Answer

Whatever amount of money is to be spent — if that expense is paid in advance and a receipt for it obtained and submitted, it is correct.
