Employment as a teacher in a government school

Question

Question: Is it permissible or not to work as a teacher in government schools? And is the salary halal or doubtful?

Answer

If wrong beliefs (‘aqa’id), wrong morals and wrong deeds are not taught there — rather, if something wrong does come up, it is refuted — then serving there and taking a wage and salary is correct.
