Saying “In sha’ Allah”

Question

In a matter of worship — for instance, I announced: “In sha’ Allah ta‘ala (if Allah the Exalted wills), from tomorrow the afternoon prayer (ʿAsr) will be at 5 o’clock.” What is the ruling on saying this “in sha’ Allah”?

It is mustahabb.
