An employee of a biscuit factory eating biscuits without the owner’s permission

Question

Question: I work in a biscuit company. All the employees working there eat biscuits without the permission of the owner and the manager, and the owner and the manager also know about it. The owner is a non-Muslim. Is it permissible to eat them?

Answer

If, because of the defiance of the workers, the owner — despite being the owner — does not stop or object to it in any way, yet he is not pleased with it and has not given permission, then eating in this way is not permissible.
