The Belief Concerning Knowledge of the Unseen
Question
Zayd says that Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, granted the Prophet ﷺ the entire knowledge of the unseen, and that even now he is fully acquainted with every state of creation — outward and inward, good and evil — to the extent that even the flutter of a mosquito’s wing becomes known to him; that knowledge of the drops of heavy rain, the grains of sand, the leaves of the trees and the like has been granted to the Messenger of Allah ﷺ in detail; and that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ knows, up to the Day of Judgement,…
Answer
This belief is a belief of shirk. No one but Allah the Exalted has knowledge of all particulars (juz’iyyat).
