الْحَلَالُ بَيِّنٌ وَالْحَرَامُ بَيِّنٌ، وَبَيْنَهُمَا مُشَبَّهَاتٌ لَا يَعْلَمُهَا كَثِيرٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ، فَمَنِ اتَّقَى الْمُشَبَّهَاتِ اسْتَبْرَأَ لِدِينِهِ وَعِرْضِهِ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The lawful is clear and the unlawful is clear, and between them are doubtful matters that many people do not know. Whoever guards against the doubtful matters protects his religion and his honor.”

Description

E559 is a natural white clay (kaolinite with mica, feldspar and quartz), not calcined (c1–c3). The EU authorisation expired on 31.01.2014, the EAEU excluded it (2023), JECFA withdrew the specification (2015); in China — a 加工助剂. Beneficiation (mainly paper grades): dispersants and alkalis (c4, c14–c21), acids and bleaching (c5–c13)
