حلال

الْحَلَالُ بَيِّنٌ وَالْحَرَامُ بَيِّنٌ، وَبَيْنَهُمَا مُشَبَّهَاتٌ لَا يَعْلَمُهَا كَثِيرٌ مِنَ النَّاسِ، فَمَنِ اتَّقَى الْمُشَبَّهَاتِ اسْتَبْرَأَ لِدِينِهِ وَعِرْضِهِ

The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: “The lawful is clear and the unlawful is clear, and between them are doubtful matters that many people do not know. Whoever guards against the doubtful matters protects his religion and his honor.”

Description

Gamma-tocopherol: synthetic in the EU and EAEU; a natural route — tocopherol concentrates from oil distillate — is also possible (for E308 it does not fit the EU definition). Possible links: patents list beef tallow, tallow, milk fat, wool fat, fish and whale oil among raw materials; methanol and ethanol (residues measured by EFSA in feed extracts)
