Surah Al-Qiyamah (القيامة)

75:1
لَآ أُقْسِمُ بِيَوْمِ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ
I swear by the Day of Qiyaamah!
75:2
وَلَآ أُقْسِمُ بِٱلنَّفْسِ ٱللَّوَّامَةِ
And I swear by the rebuking Nafs (the inner voice that rebukes a person when he does wrong or when his good deeds are deficient)!
75:3
أَيَحْسَبُ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ أَلَّن نَّجْمَعَ عِظَامَهُۥ
Does man think that We shall never gather his bones (to resurrect him on the Day of Qiyaamah)?
75:4
بَلَىٰ قَـٰدِرِينَ عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّسَوِّىَ بَنَانَهُۥ
Why not? (We most certainly will!) We have the power to perfect even his fingertips! (When We resurrect him, We will even reproduce to perfection details as fine as his fingertips.)
75:5
بَلْ يُرِيدُ ٱلْإِنسَـٰنُ لِيَفْجُرَ أَمَامَهُۥ
The fact is that man (refutes Qiyaamah because he) wants to (continue to) sin (in his life) ahead of him. (He knows that if he believes in Qiyaamah, he will have to stop sinning in preparation for it.)
75:6
يَسْـَٔلُ أَيَّانَ يَوْمُ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ
He (sarcastically) asks, "When will the Day of Qiyaamah come?"
75:7
فَإِذَا بَرِقَ ٱلْبَصَرُ
When eyes will be bewildered (dazed out of extreme fear)...
