The Holy Quran 9:68 — Surah At-Tawbah

Arabic text

وَعَدَ ٱللَّهُ ٱلْمُنَـٰفِقِينَ وَٱلْمُنَـٰفِقَـٰتِ وَٱلْكُفَّارَ نَارَ جَهَنَّمَ خَـٰلِدِينَ فِيهَا ۚ هِىَ حَسْبُهُمْ ۚ وَلَعَنَهُمُ ٱللَّهُ ۖ وَلَهُمْ عَذَابٌ مُّقِيمٌ

Translation

Allaah promises the fire of Jahannam for the hypocrite men, the hypocrite women and the Kuffaar. They shall live there forever. It is sufficient (as punishment) for them. Allaah has cursed them and they shall suffer an everlasting punishment.

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

وعد الله المنافقين والمنافقات والكفار بأن مصيرهم إلى نار جهنم خالدين فيها أبدًا، هي كافيتهم; عقابًا على كفرهم بالله، وطردهم الله مِن رحمته، ولهم عذاب دائم.
