The Holy Quran 7:49 — Surah Al-A'raf

Arabic text

أَهَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ ٱلَّذِينَ أَقْسَمْتُمْ لَا يَنَالُهُمُ ٱللَّهُ بِرَحْمَةٍ ۚ ٱدْخُلُوا۟ ٱلْجَنَّةَ لَا خَوْفٌ عَلَيْكُمْ وَلَآ أَنتُمْ تَحْزَنُونَ

Translation

(Pointing to the people of Jannah who were poor and weak in the world, the people of A'raaf will tell the people of Jahannam,) "Were these the people regarding whom you (tauntingly) swore that Allaah will not have mercy on them?" (These were really the fortunate ones because it was told to them) "Enter Jannah! No fear shall come upon you nor shall you grieve (or be sad)."

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

أهؤلاء الضعفاء والفقراء من أهل الجنة الذين أقسمتم في الدنيا أن الله لا يشملهم يوم القيامة برحمة، ولن يدخلهم الجنة؟ ادخلوا الجنة يا أصحاب الأعراف فقد غُفِرَ لكم، لا خوف عليكم من عذاب الله، ولا أنتم تحزنون على ما فاتكم من حظوظ الدنيا.
