The Holy Quran 70:41 — Surah Al-Ma'arij

Arabic text

عَلَىٰٓ أَن نُّبَدِّلَ خَيْرًا مِّنْهُمْ وَمَا نَحْنُ بِمَسْبُوقِينَ

Translation

...to substitute them with people better than them. We certainly have the power (to do this and anything else We wish to do).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

على أن نستبدل بهم قومًا أفضل منهم وأطوع لله، وما أحد يسبقنا ويفوتنا ويعجزنا إذا أردنا أن نأتي بقوم آخرين خير منهم.
