The Holy Quran 6:34 — Surah Al-An'am

Arabic text

وَلَقَدْ كُذِّبَتْ رُسُلٌ مِّن قَبْلِكَ فَصَبَرُوا۟ عَلَىٰ مَا كُذِّبُوا۟ وَأُوذُوا۟ حَتَّىٰٓ أَتَىٰهُمْ نَصْرُنَا ۚ وَلَا مُبَدِّلَ لِكَلِمَـٰتِ ٱللَّهِ ۚ وَلَقَدْ جَآءَكَ مِن نَّبَإِى۟ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ

Translation

Without doubt, many Rusul before you were rejected (by their nations) but they bore the rejection with patience and they were harassed until Our assistance (unseen aid) reached them (Therefore, you should also exercise patience until Our assistance reaches you). There is none to alter the words (decrees and promises) of Allaah. Some narratives of the Ambiyaa have certainly come to you (by which you may be encouraged and by which your heart may be put at ease).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ولقد كذَّب الكفارُ رسلا من قبلك أرسلهم الله تعالى إلى أممهم وأوذوا في سبيله، فصبروا على ذلك ومضوا في دعوتهم وجهادهم حتى أتاهم نصر الله. ولا مبدل لكلمات الله، وهي ما أنزل على نبيه محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم مِن وعده إياه بالنصر على مَن عاداه.
