The Holy Quran 3:138 — Surah Ali 'Imran

Arabic text

هَـٰذَا بَيَانٌ لِّلنَّاسِ وَهُدًى وَمَوْعِظَةٌ لِّلْمُتَّقِينَ

Translation

This (Qur'aan) is a discourse (lesson) for (an address to) mankind, (a means of) guidance and a lesson for those with Taqwa (because those without Taqwa do not want to take heed).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

هذا القرآن بيان وإرشاد إلى طريق الحق، وتذكير تخشع له قلوب المتقين، وهم الذين يخشون الله، وخُصُّوا بذلك; لأنهم هم المنتفعون به دون غيرهم.
