The Holy Quran 36:68 — Surah Ya-Sin

Arabic text

وَمَن نُّعَمِّرْهُ نُنَكِّسْهُ فِى ٱلْخَلْقِ ۖ أَفَلَا يَعْقِلُونَ

Translation

He whom We advance in age (make old) We diminish in structure. Do they not understand (have wisdom that the Being Who causes these changes in people can certainly bring the dead back to life)?

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ومن نُطِلْ عمره حتى يهرم نُعِدْه إلى الحالة التي ابتدأ منها حالة ضعف العقل وضعف الجسد، أفلا يعقلون أنَّ مَن فعل مثل هذا بهم قادر على بعثهم؟
