The Holy Quran 28:42 — Surah Al-Qasas

Arabic text

وَأَتْبَعْنَـٰهُمْ فِى هَـٰذِهِ ٱلدُّنْيَا لَعْنَةً ۖ وَيَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ هُم مِّنَ ٱلْمَقْبُوحِينَ

Translation

We set a curse after them (deprived them of Our mercy) in this world and on the Day of Qiyaamah they shall be among the despised ones.

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

وأتبعنا فرعون وقومه في هذه الدنيا خزيًا وغضبًا منا عليهم، ويوم القيامة هم من المستقذرة أفعالهم، المبعدين عن رحمة الله.
