The Holy Quran 25:17 — Surah Al-Furqan

Arabic text

وَيَوْمَ يَحْشُرُهُمْ وَمَا يَعْبُدُونَ مِن دُونِ ٱللَّهِ فَيَقُولُ ءَأَنتُمْ أَضْلَلْتُمْ عِبَادِى هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ أَمْ هُمْ ضَلُّوا۟ ٱلسَّبِيلَ

Translation

(Do not forget) The day (of Qiyaamah) when they (the Mushrikeen), together with those whom they worship besides Allaah, will be gathered together and Allaah will ask (their gods), "Did you lead these bondsmen of Mine astray, or did they themselves (on their own) deviate (far) from the path?"

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ويوم القيامة يحشر الله المشركين وما كانوا يعبدونه من دونه، فيقول لهؤلاء المعبودين: أأنتم أضللتم عبادي هؤلاء عن طريق الحق، وأمرتموهم بعبادتكم، أم هم ضلوا السبيل، فعبدوكم مِن تلقاء أنفسهم؟
