The Holy Quran 16:25 — Surah An-Nahl

Arabic text

لِيَحْمِلُوٓا۟ أَوْزَارَهُمْ كَامِلَةً يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ ۙ وَمِنْ أَوْزَارِ ٱلَّذِينَ يُضِلُّونَهُم بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ ۗ أَلَا سَآءَ مَا يَزِرُونَ

Translation

(The result of their behaviour is) That they will carry their entire burdens (of sin) on the Day of Qiyaamah together with some of the burdens (of sin) of those whom they mislead (totally) without knowledge (they will be held responsible for the wrongs that they led others to carry out, just as those people will also be punished for the same). Evil indeed is the burden that they bear (because it will land them in Jahannam).

Tafsir (excerpt) — التفسير الميسر

ستكون عاقبتهم أن يحملوا آثامهم كاملة يوم القيامة -لا يُغْفَر لهم منها شيء - ويَحْملوا من آثام الذين كذبوا عليهم; ليبعدوهم عن الإسلام من غير نقص من آثامهم. ألا قَبُحَ ما يحملونه من آثام.
