The Holy Quran 13:13 — Surah Ar-Ra'd

Translation

Ra'd (the angel who gathers the clouds) praises Him together with glorifying Him, and the angels also do so out of their fear for Him. (Referring to the chief of a tribe who mocked Allaah when one of the Sahabah came to him with the message of Islaam, Allaah says) Allaah sends the bolts of lightning to strike whoever He wills while they are disputing about Allaah. Allaah is fiercely Powerful. (The bolt of lightning killed the chief where he stood.)

Tafsir (excerpt) —
