The Ruling on the Fruit of a Graveyard
Question
Inside a graveyard there are fruit trees, for example mango, guava, sacred fig, pomegranate and the like. May we eat from them or not? May we pick their fruit and use the money from it for ourselves or not?
Answer
If that graveyard is a waqf, then this fruit should be sold and its price spent on the needs of the graveyard; you should not use it yourselves — neither the fruit nor its price.
