Sacrifice of an animal with which intercourse was committed

Question

Question: A young man committed fornication (zina) with a sacrificial animal. In this case, will the sacrifice of this animal be permissible or not?

Answer

If intercourse was committed with the sacrificial animal, and it is his own property, and he is one who owns the nisab, then he should slaughter it and burn its meat or bury it in the ground, and buy another animal for the sacrifice.
