Sending Salat and Salam upon Seeing the Green Dome

Question

In the book Bahar-e Shariat, part 6, p. 71, it is stated: 'Wherever the Blessed Dome becomes visible — within the city or outside it — one should immediately stand, fold one's hands (as in prayer), turn in that direction, and send greetings (salat and salam).'

Answer

There is no need to fold the hands. However, it is appropriate to increase the recitation of blessings (salawat).
