Is washing the hands again after wudu and ghusl a sunna?

Question

Is it a sunna for the hands to be wet while eating? And if a person has come after performing ghusl (the full ritual bath), should he still wash his hands?

Answer

Washing the hands for eating is an independent sunna, even if one has come having finished wudu (the ritual ablution), ghusl, prayer and the like.
