One who wrongfully disposes of orphans’ property

Question

Question: (1) What is the ruling of Allah and His beloved Prophet ﷺ concerning one who devours the property of orphans, ruins orphans, and creates difficulties for these orphans in obtaining their due? Given that the orphans have been driven from their homeland. (2) What kind of Muslims are those who help the usurper of the orphans’ property, or themselves want to obtain something under this cover, or, by putting impermissible pressure on these orphans, want (to give)

Answer

(1) They should fear the wrath of Allah. (2) By doing so, all of them are sinful.
