Who Is a Wahhabi?

Question

What Sacred-Law punishments and threats have come, grade by grade and separately, for those who abandon the fard, the wajib and the sunna mu’akkada? Further, what is [the position on] having people act upon the mustahabbat while abandoning the fard, the wajib and the sunna mu’akkada? And will such deeds be acceptable? Further, what is [the position on] calling those who do not perform the mustahabbat “Wahhabis”? Kindly also state the definition of a Wahhabi.

Answer

The rank of the fard is the highest of all; one who denies it becomes a kafir. After it is the rank of the wajib. The sunnas and the mustahabbat — both of these are for the completion of those two (the fard and the wajib).
