Selling stamps (stamp paper)

Question

Question: (1) Free stamp (stamp paper): bond of debt, sale deed, deed of gift, rent deed, mortgage deed, surety bond, general power of attorney, special power of attorney, and so on? (2) Court fee, by means of which a suit is filed. Is it permissible to sell all these stamps or not?

Answer

(1, 2) It is permissible, as stated in “Tatimma Imdad al-Fatawa” (in “Hawadith al-Fatawa”).
