Return of earnest money

Question

Question: Be it known that the garden of the madrasa belonging to the society, and some land on which reed grass grows — since part of it is included in the garden, and the practice from of old is that the garden and the reed-grass land are auctioned together, and the rest of the money is taken within approximately 15 days — for this reason a ¼ share is deposited. Answer

Those hundred rupees deposited in advance should be returned.
