The Holy Quran 9:15 — Surah At-Tawbah

Arabic text

وَيُذْهِبْ غَيْظَ قُلُوبِهِمْ ۗ وَيَتُوبُ ٱللَّهُ عَلَىٰ مَن يَشَآءُ ۗ وَٱللَّهُ عَلِيمٌ حَكِيمٌ

Translation

...and remove the fury of their hearts (which was built when the Kuffaar broke the treaty). Allaah accepts the repentance (from kufr) of whoever He wills (thereby allowing the Kuffaar to become Muslims). Allaah is All Knowing (He knows the deeds and ideas of all), the Wise (His decisions are based on wisdom and knowledge).
