The Holy Quran 87:9 — Surah Al-A'la

Arabic text

فَذَكِّرْ إِن نَّفَعَتِ ٱلذِّكْرَىٰ

Translation

So advise (remind others to practise the Shari'ah) if advice is beneficial. (Since advice is always beneficial to the one giving the advice, it should always be given to others.)
